The East Balboa project captures the essence of refined coastal living, with sweeping ocean views and light-filled interiors that seamlessly connect to the shoreline. We embraced a soft, beach-inspired palette layered with warm woods, woven textures, and tailored upholstery to complement the home’s natural surroundings. Expansive windows and sliding glass doors were intentionally highlighted, allowing the water and sky to become part of the design narrative.
Inside, the kitchen and living areas were styled to feel open and relaxed, balancing clean lines with organic elements for a look that is both elevated and approachable. Bedrooms were curated as serene retreats with plush textiles and subtle tonal contrast, while bathrooms feature spa-like finishes that echo the home’s calm, coastal aesthetic. East Balboa reflects a thoughtful blend of sophistication and ease, where every space feels bright, airy, and connected to the ocean beyond.
