The Holiday project showcases Design by HOD’s excellence in full-service turnkey solutions, transforming this property from a dated dwelling into a sophisticated and high-performance high-end residential design standard. We prioritized sophisticated functional design, installing a dramatic black-paneled fireplace with a floating stone hearth, recessed lighting, and a neutral, textured palette across the new open-concept living area.
Through strategic space planning, we achieved a completely open flow between the sleek new kitchen, the light-filled dining nook, and the cozy yet sophisticated primary bedroom suite. This project utilized consistent bespoke design elements, such as a large patterned area rug and modern furniture finishes, to deliver a truly authentic and cohesive environment tailored for premium residential comfort.
