At 601 Lido Park, our design approach centered on honoring the residence’s extraordinary harbor views while creating interiors that feel refined, layered, and effortlessly coastal. Floor-to-ceiling glass and the expansive balcony naturally draw the eye outward, so we curated a soft, neutral palette with warm wood tones and organic textures to complement — never compete with — the waterfront backdrop. Each furnishing was thoughtfully scaled to maintain openness and flow, allowing the architecture and views to remain the focal point.
Inside, we balanced modern elegance with livable comfort through tailored upholstery, subtle tonal contrasts, and sculptural accents that elevate the space without overwhelming it. In the kitchen and baths, we emphasized the home’s sleek finishes with clean styling and minimal, intentional decor. The result is a cohesive, light-filled environment that reflects sophisticated coastal living while enhancing the natural beauty that surrounds the home.
